3204 Allaire Road,  Wall, NJ :

From Howell/Freehold Area:  Take I-195 East (195 will become Rte.138 continue on) to Rt.-34 South exit, exit number 35A towards Brielle.  Merge onto Rt.-34 South, you will pass a Sunoco Gas station on the right hand side and then pass Wall Circle Park.  At the circle go Right onto Allaire Road (Rt. 524) we are located on the left as you turn onto Allaire Road.  There is a sign for Monmouth-Ocean Children's Heart Center, PA 

From the North traveling Parkway South:  Take Parkway South to exit 98.  Stay to the left after the toll to Rt. 34 South.  Traveling on Rt. 34 South you will pass a Sunoco Gas station on the right hand side and then pass Wall Circle Park.  At the circle turn right onto Allaire Road (524 west).  We are located on the left as you turn onto  Allaire Road. There is a sign for Monmouth-Ocean Children's Heart Center, PA

From the North traveling Rt. 18 South:  Take Rt. 18 South to the 2nd to last exit, 6B for Pt. Pleasant, Rt. 138 & Rt. 34 South.  When you exit you will be on Rt. 138.  Continue to Rt. 34 South exit, exit number 35A towards Brielle.  Merge onto Rt. 34 South.  You will pass a Sunoco Gas station on the right hand side and then pass Wall Circle Park.  At the circle turn right onto Allaire road (524 west).  We are located on the left as you turn onto Allaire road.  There is a sign for Monmouth-Ocean Children's Heart Center, PA

From the South traveling Parkway North:  Take Parkway South to exit 98.  Loop around to Rt. 34 South.  Traveling on Rt. 34 South, you will pass a Sunoco Gas station on the right hand side and then pass Wall Circle Park.  At the circle turn right onto Allaire Road (524 west).  We are located on the left as you turn onto Allaire Road.   There is a sign for Monmouth-Ocean Children's Heart Center, PA

From Rt. 70 traveling East:  Take Rt. 70 East to the Brielle Intersection (formerly Brielle circle).  Take the jug handle (to the right) to *Rte. 34 North.  Travel approximately 2-3 miles to the Wall Circle.  Go 3/4 of the way around the circle to the 524 West exit.  This is Allaire road. You will see a sign for Monmouth-Ocean Children's Heart Center, PA on the left.

 From Rt. 35 traveling North:  Continue on Rt. 35 North straight thru the Brielle intersection, at this point Rt. 35 changes to Rt. 34 North.  Follow the directions above, beginning with *Rte. 34 North.

Middletown, NJ Office at 81 Oak Hill Road:

Garden State Parkway North of Exit 117: And from the Northern part of Rt. 35:

Take parkway South to Exit 117 towards Keyport. Follow Route 35 South for about 15-20 minutes. Pass shopping center on right. Shortly after that there will be a Cemetery on the right. Stay to the right before next traffic light. Follow signs for Oak Hill Road and bear right. Do not turn onto Oak Hill Road. Cross over it and into office complex. #79 and 81 Oak Hill Road. #81 is the second building in the parking lot.  The office is located on the lower level of this building.

Garden State Parkway South of Exit 109 and the South part of Rt. 35:

Take parkway North to Exit 109 towards Red Bank. At the light Cross over Newman Springs Road and take Half Mile Road all the way to the end. At the end of Half Mile Road make a Right onto Front Street. Follow Front Street until you pass under the Railroad Tracks and come to a light. Turn left at this light onto Rector Street. Rector Street will intersect with Rt. 35 at the first traffic light. Turn Left onto Rt. 35. Cross over the bridge from Red Bank into Middletown. Pass the light for Pine Street, and the blinking light for the Middletown Fire Dept. The next light is Oak Hill Road and Chapel Hill Road. Take the Jug Hangle at the Hess Gas Station  and cross over Rt. 35 and onto Oak Hill Road. Turn left just past Mike's Deli. The sign says 79 Oak Hill Road. 81 Oak Hill Road is the building just behind it.  The office is located on the lower level.
